HI, I'M SIMONE WEEKS

I’m your highly motivated health and fitness coach with over 14 year’s experience in the health and fitness industry.  As a qualified personal trainer it is my passion and purpose to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.  I am also the proud mum of 2 amazing boys.

 

My story is one of overcoming adversity and finding strength in face of some of life’s greatest challenges.  As a single mum, I faced numerous obstacles, including financial loss, a difficult divorce, and family challenges.  At times I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders and I had no real support system to turn to. 

 

But through sheer determination and an unwavering commitment I kept my focus on creating the life of my dreams,  I knew there had to be more to life and started to dream bigger

 

The steps I used to turn my life around were life changing and empowering.  I believe that anyone can apply these same steps to their own lives to create positive change and start thriving.

 

Firstly, I made the decision to take full responsibility for my life.  I stopped blaming others for my circumstances and took ownership of my situation.  This empowered me to start taking action and making positive changes.

 

Secondly, I set clear goals for myself.  I broke them down into smaller achievable steps and focused on taking consistent action towards them.  This helped me to stay motivated and on track even when I had setbacks.

 

Thirdly, I sought out support and guidance from friends and professionals to help me navigate the challenges I faced.  I also invested in my own personal development by attending workshops, reading books and taking courses.

 

Fourthly, I learned to manage my emotions and develop a positive mindset.  I focused on gratitude, vizualisation, journaling, positive affirmations.  This helped me to stay focused on my goals and maintain a positive outlook.

 

Finally, I took consistent action towards my goals.  I worked hard, stayed disciplined and never gave up on my dreams.  I celebrated my successes along the way no matter how small and used them as fuel to keep going.

 

By taking these empower steps I was able to turn my life around from struggle to thriving.  I now live a life that I love filled with passion purpose and joy.  And as a coach I am committed to helping others do the same.

 

As a coach I am passionate about using my experiences and knowledge to help others who may be facing their own challenges.  I believe that my story can serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for those who may be feeling lost and alone.

 

Today I am living my best life.  I have a thriving business, financial stability and a strong support network of friends and loved ones. I have competed in 3 bodybuilding federations INBA WMBF and IFBB Bikini.  I am a published writer with my first E-book titled The Great Re Set and also writing for magazines including SA Life and Your Wedding. And featuring on today tonight about my raw food knowledge.  I have competed in powerlifting competitions and was a involved as a public speaker for a wellness course sharing my knowledge to a diverse audience.

As a health and fitness coach I have made it my life’s mission to help others live their dreams.  Through my expertise compassion and dedication I have inspired countless individuals to transform their bodies mind and spirits.  My unwavering commitment to health and wellness as earned me a trusted reputation in the industry.  With my guidance support and encouragement my clients have achieve remarkable success and have gone onto inspire others in return.  My legacy as a health and fitness coach will be one of transformation empowerment and lasting change.
